Roche and Sysmex Corporation have signed a distribution, sales and service agreement under the terms of which Roche Diagnostics exclusively sells and distributes the Sysmex Hematology instruments and associated products in various territories of the world. The territory comprises the European countries Spain, Greece, Macedonia, Cyprus, Albania, Turkey, Finland, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, as well as Southern Africa, Latin America and a part of the Caribbean, and Australia/Oceania, where Roche Diagnostics have their own strength to developing the business.
